Kent Union’s Student Written Submission for the previous audit was based on the results of a questionnaire which was sent to representatives. Whilst the Course Representative Survey is now an annual monitoring process for the system it was decided that available information should be utilised and therefore this submission is based on a wider spectrum of information.
