Satisfaction Survey- A survey distributed to Kent Union members twice a year (November and May) to gain feedback on their perceptions of Union and University services

Education Officer- A representative elected in a cross campus ballot in March 2007 to represent the students at the University of Kent on education related issues

Education Forum- Termly meeting for all Course Reps, at which they discuss current education issues affecting students
