Student Representation at Medway and Brussels

Course representative structures operate at both the Medway and Brussels campuses. Kent Union has received little feedback regarding the level at which the student voice is expressed and listened to at these campuses. The Education Officer at Medway commented:

“I am of the opinion that those students who voice their concerns most certainly have a voice. When a student has communicated an issue to me, I have managed to speak to the relevant authority, which has been very responsive. It is the students who remain silent who may feel that they do not have a voice. If students approached their reps more, then I believe that they would feel that they do have a voice.”
